Texas police are working hard to locate the suspect who reportedly shot Arthur Luna
The chain of events can be traced back to December 14, 2023, at approximately 5 a.m. when the Texas man was heading to work. He was allegedly shot in the side of the face, in an apparent road rage incident. When authorities arrived at the crime scene on West 191, they discovered Luna in critical condition with a gunshot wound.
The authorities quickly took Luna to the hospital, where he was receiving treatment. Since then, authorities have been trying to locate the suspect. They also released a sketch of the suspect, describing him as a Caucasian male between 40 and 50 years old. According to the sketch, the suspect also has a mustache and full beard. It was revealed that during the shooting he was wearing a baseball cap that said “Veterans.”
While he was in the hospital and receiving treatment for the horrific injuries he sustained from the shooting, Luna said:
“Road rage is not a serious guy. He really isn't.”
The victim is now in stable condition and recovering.
Law enforcement officials have not yet been able to locate the suspect
The victim's family demands justice for him. According to his sister, Ramona Luna,
“We just want the person who did this to come forward and pay for their actions.”
The Texas man recalled the series of events that occurred on December 14, 2023, and stated that he was heading to work on I-45 North between Ritchie and Rankin Roads. The case is currently an ongoing investigation.
Fortunately, Luna could drive to the gas station by exiting the western road. That's when he called 911 and reported his condition.
