The event agenda shows that Musk is scheduled to appear at a symposium in Krakow for a discussion on Monday with conservative commentator Ben Shapiro. The participants are scheduled to visit Auschwitz on Tuesday.
Shapiro has previously appeared publicly with Musk on the topic of anti-Semitism. In a largely sympathetic September 28 discussion broadcast on Channel X, Musk said he went to a Hebrew preschool in South Africa and described himself as an “aspiring Jew.”
Musk recently faced criticism over the spread of anti-Semitic content on Weeks after the conflict between Israel and Gaza erupted on October 7, Musk used his own account to amplify anti-Semitic tropes. The White House criticized him for his “repugnant promotion of racist and anti-Semitic hatred”, while a number of major advertisers fled the platform.
Musk threatened to sue the Anti-Defamation League over the report. But he also began a series of media appearances in which he rebuked Hamas fighters for killing innocent civilians. He toured the kibbutz with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in late November and showed a video documenting atrocities against Jews on October 7.
Musk did not immediately respond to an email request for comment on Thursday.
