A cold front sweeps through our area Tuesday night, bringing a noticeably drier and cooler air mass.

On Wednesday morning, temperatures will drop significantly, especially north of Interstate 4, where temperatures are expected to reach the mid to upper 30s.

Northwest winds around 10 mph will bring wind chills into the upper 20s in far northern Lake and Volusia counties, extending into the mid 30s along I-4.

A wind chill warning is in effect for Volusia, Lake, Seminole and inland Orange counties until 9 a.m.

Orange County – especially in areas west and northwest of I-4 and the Orlando metro area – may experience cold winds.

South of I-4, temperatures are expected to range from the mid 40s to low 50s.

The lowest level for Orlando is 42.
