Newsmax viewers were puzzled when an interview with Dick Morris, a former adviser to Bill Clinton, was briefly interrupted when a man wearing only a tight T-shirt and black underwear walked by.
Morris was discussing how the media could downplay Donald Trump's victory in the Iowa caucus when what appeared to be a closet door opened behind him.
A fat man appeared, bald, and not wearing heavy clothes.
The man walked past Morris during the interview and Dick never stopped talking, nor did the Newsmax hosts point out what had just happened.
Yes, you read that correctly. In a moment that can only be described as pure comedy gold, a half-dressed man decides to play an unexpected role during an interview with Dick Morris. Talk about stealing the spotlight!

Who is Captain Andrews in Morris' video?
Many questions arise after watching a video like this, not least: “Who was this unmasked man?”
We will probably never know his identity. But a few other things come to one's mind: Why did he just come out of the closet, literally? How did Morris continue his career without faltering? How did the hosts ignore the whole ordeal? And why does Ron Filipkowski watch Newsmax?
With so many questions, one X user posted this helpful Venn diagram (yay, Kamala!) to help make sense of what people just saw.
The Internet, being the Internet, couldn't resist turning the funny moment into… well, even more fun.
“Who the hell was video bombing Dick Morris' interview with Rob (Schmidt) on Newsmax?” One X user asked.
Another noted: “Incredibly, this is the third most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to Dick Morris in his career.”

Not the most controversial thing to happen to him
Oddly enough, a man in his underwear coming out of a closet during a live interview isn't the most controversial thing to ever happen to Dick Morris.
Morris resigned from former President Bill Clinton's campaign in August 1996 after press reports said he was involved with a prostitute named Sherry Rowlands.
Rowlands told the media that he had an affair with her for a year, and that the story involved “illicit sex” and “Maurice sucking her toes”.
I think if the worst comes out of Maurice's closet knowing his past is that of a lost plumber, we should all be thankful.
