O'Keefe Media Group founder James O'Keefe released footage Monday from his recent confrontation with Shark Tank personality and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, which was the subject of a recent social media dispute.
Earlier, The Gateway Pundit reported on Mark Cuban X's deranged rant about his confrontation with O'Keefe, where he appeared to be lying about what happened.

Before this footage was released, O'Keefe and Cuban had a fiery back-and-forth on X after Cuban apparently tried to shame O'Keefe with “highlights” from their conversation, admitting to calling O'Keefe a “mother.” P*ssy.”

After O'Keefe accused Cuban of having a bystander delete his footage, Cuban responded by claiming that the footage had not been deleted, and continued to claim that O'Keefe was “mumbling” while refusing to disclose his recording practices.

But O'Keefe did not back down and said Cuban was “lying” again, posting video footage of his encounter with Brendan Rames before “forcing” a bystander to delete a video from his phone off-camera. This footage, which shows only part of the encounter, was posted on Brendan Rames' Instagram account. “Watch all the videos I've ever done. I never muttered,” O'Keefe added.

As the video below shows, Cuban almost certainly misrepresented the situation, or as James O'Keefe said, lied. “I have cameras on all the time…I'm always recording,” O'Keefe said in response to Cuban's inquiry about whether he was being recorded.
Additionally, the video shows a bystander who was recording Mark Cuban telling James O'Keefe: “Mark Cuban's security guys came up to me and said, 'Hey, hey, hey! 'He's got a camera. He's recording, he's recording!'”
The unnamed person continued: “The coach took me and pulled my shirt in front of everyone. he [dragged] I was in class… and she kept pulling me down and saying: Why are you doing this?
One innocent bystander said Mark Cuban “deleted my videos” and “shook my hand.”
Before that, O'Keefe called out Cuban and asked him why O'Keefe used an editor's video in an exposé of the racist work environment at IBM, to which Cuban replied: “Because.” “You don't need to explain any of it, but you're still lying about Pfizer.” The comment was in reference to the explosive video by Gordon Trichton-Walker, Pfizer's director of strategic operations R&D, in which he admitted that the pharmaceutical giant is exploring “mutating” Covid-19 through “directed evolution” so that the company can continue to benefit from vaccines. .

O'Keefe asked: “Are you going to hire Asians for DEI?” Cuban responded: “Woah, woah, woah, DEI has nothing to do with quotas, and only a fool would think DEI has anything to do with quotas.”
However, without using the word “quota,” IBM CEO Arvind Krishna admits, in footage leaked to O'Keefe, that he has a “13 percent” quota of black employees at his company while also admitting to using coercion to fire and push people away.
