Memphis International Airport is open, but winter weather across the country is causing some delays.

Memphis International Airport is open, and flights are arriving and departing as airport crews work to clear the runways. Defrosting operations are also conducted as needed.
Although MEM Airport is open, winter weather is also affecting other airports across the country, leading to delays and cancellations. MEM officials suggest checking with the airline directly for the latest schedule before heading to the airport. Flight status can also be found here.
For anyone traveling by plane, airport leaders suggest arriving at least two hours before your scheduled departure time.
MEM officials said 44 vehicles are dedicated to snow and ice removal, and the majority of the airport authority's 300 workers are involved in winter weather operations.
Olive branch
Olive Branch Airport is currently open only to rotary-wing aircraft traffic, and is closed to fixed-wing aircraft traffic. Officials there said the runways and taxiways were covered with “moderate to poor braking.” Find the latest updates for KOLV on NOTAM here.
