Joe Biden promised to visit at some point and has not yet shown his face there.
Trump visited almost immediately and received a hero's welcome, prompting the completely useless Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg to visit, which was nothing more than a lame attempt at face-saving by the Biden administration.
In this video, the press repeatedly asks Karine Jean-Pierre when Biden will visit the city, and keeps postponing it.
