Sen. Rand Paul teased Thursday that he's about to make a big announcement. People speculated that he was preparing to endorse someone for the 2024 election.
It turns out his announcement was about not supporting someone, specifically Nikki Haley. Paul declared himself “Never Nicky” for 2024.
In a video posted Friday, Paul suggested that conservative and libertarian people should not trust Haley.
