Mark Epstein, the brother of deceased billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, has come forward with some explosive accusations alleging that former US Attorney General Bill Barr was involved in a cover-up of the death of the notorious sex trafficker.
According to Mark, Barr's statement that his brother's death was the result of a “perfect storm of mistakes” was just an attempt to hide the truth.
“Yes, there were mistakes, but that doesn’t mean my brother committed suicide because of the mistakes,” he said in an interview with NewsNation. “There are a lot of reasons, there are a number of reasons why he wouldn't have committed suicide then.”
Mark also questioned the motives behind Barr's actions, and asked who the former prosecutor was protecting.
“I wasn't involved in his day-to-day life, so I don't know what he knew, but to go back to your initial question, why?” “I mean you'd have to ask Bill Barr,” Jeffrey's brother continued. “If he was covering this up, as he appears to be, who was covering it up? Who was Bill Barr protecting?

Investigation Jeffrey Epstein is questioned by his brother
Mark recently made some explosive claims about the investigation into his brother Jeffrey's death during an interview with Piers Morgan.
“The pathologist who did the autopsy didn't determine it was a suicide. They couldn't,” Mark told Morgan.
“They said it looked like a murder,” he added. “But on the initial death certificate regarding the cause of death, it said it was pending, which meant awaiting further investigation.”
He was referring to the autopsy performed by forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden.
Mark went on to claim that one of his brother's rich, famous and powerful associates likely killed him, although he stopped short of revealing who he believed could pull off such a move.
Jeffrey was convicted of procuring a girl under 18 for prostitution in 2008, and was facing sex trafficking charges until he died, according to authorities, by suicide, in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019.

Tucker Carlson believes Epstein did not kill himself
Jeffrey's brother Mark also played a role in a clip from former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, which reignited speculation about the suicide.
In a recent interview with former President Donald Trump, Carlson questioned the circumstances surrounding Jeffrey's death and the subsequent investigation.
Carlson also released a video of Mark trying to get a pre-hospital care report from the night of his brother's death.

“The US government alleges that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in a federal detention center in Manhattan four and a half years ago, just before his trial,” Carlson wrote on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “If that's true, why are there so few records available from that night?”
Carlson previously claimed in the interview with Trump that despite the official ruling that Epstein committed suicide in his prison cell, he was “murdered.”
