Billionaire Twitter/X owner Elon Musk is calling for more election security and voter ID requirements, things conservatives have been calling for for years.
The consensus among right-wingers is that relaxed voting laws, ballot harvesting, and mail-in balloting were largely the reason Biden was able to “win” the 2020 election.
Musk isn't necessarily a conservative, he's just common sense, but that's one reason the left is turning against him.

The tech mogul has recently made several posts on the topic, writing on Monday that it is “crazy” to be able to vote without providing official identification.
“In the United States, you don't need to [a] Government-issued ID to vote, and you can mail in your ballot, he wrote. “This is madness.”

One person tried to claim that requiring voter ID is racist, which is a stupid argument the left has made time and time again.

Other countries less developed than the United States are able to hold their elections in one day and announce the results immediately.
There is no reason why America cannot do the same.
