    Very hot weather on Monday:

Storms are moving in but not before some strong storms blow through the area.

    Locations of weather storms:

    • Weather spotters have confirmed a tornado near Lower Van Road and FM 2025 in San Jacinto County. Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage will occur to roofs, windows and vehicles. Possible tree damage. This tornado will be near Livingston, Goodrich, Lake Livingston State Park, and West Livingston around 2:25 p.m.

After Monday's storms, temperatures will drop from Tuesday into Wednesday morning. We have another chance of rain on Friday. This front will drop morning temperatures into the lower and mid 30s this weekend. Our third front arrives on Monday, Martin Luther King Day. This will also bring a cold morning next week.
