Costner attends the Golden Globe Awards
“Excited to be performing at @goldenglobes tonight! Especially after staying home last year through devastating storms,” Costner, 68, wrote on Instagram.
“I'm grateful to be here, and thanks to Hollywood Foreign Press for having me!” he added.
This came one year after Costner and his then-wife Baumgartner were forced to miss the Golden Globe Awards due to extreme weather conditions in Los Angeles.
“Yesterday we had to pull kids out of school in Santa Barbara,” Costner later said in a video apology. “This is the second time in five years the highway has been flooded, and we found ourselves on the wrong side of town and couldn't get back last night.”
He added: “No one is sadder than us that we can't be there at the Golden Globes.” “Chris had a beautiful dress, and I was looking forward to walking the red carpet with her.”
