the Bitfinex Pay merchant dashboard It is an internal tool designed to provide our merchants with powerful reports and features to manage their crypto merchant portal.

Merchant control panel
Features
- Billing System Added: Now, merchants can create and edit sales receipts (invoices) for their customers directly from the merchant dashboard. This feature is only available to “professional” traders. Contact us if you are interested in enabling this feature. Currently, this is only available in English; Additional languages will be added in future releases.
- Fiat wallets added to the “Wallets” menu, which now displays traders' balances in EUR, USD, GBP, and JPY
- Added an “Upgrade to Pro” form, which will be displayed to basic merchants trying to access Pro features
- Export functionality added to Invoices and Payments, allowing merchants to download a CSV file with up to 30 days of data
Improvements
- The error version that appears when a trader session ends has been improved
- Improved the error version that appears when trying to select a date backwards (end date first, then start date) in the date filter in the Payments and Invoices menus
- Advanced white label features (upload logo and change payment settings) can now be upgraded through the “Upgrade to Pro” form in Settings -> Invoice Customization
- Automated emails in Settings -> Communications are now available in Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Traditional) and Chinese (Taiwan)
- The Control Panel menu version has been updated to Overview
- Small version improvements and typo fixes
- The design of wallet placeholders, which appear while loading wallets in the Wallets menu, has been improved.
- The design of the “Invoices” and “Payments” placeholders, which appear while loading items in those menus, has been improved
- Items in the Invoices list are now updated dynamically
- Events in Invoice Details -> History now display the time, including seconds
- The 'Show unlinked deposits' filter has been removed from the 'Payments' menu.
- The auto transfer history now shows “0” when there are no charges instead of showing an empty space
- Added events in “Invoice Details” -> “History” every time an automated email is sent
- The Automatic Conversion History menu design has been improved.

- Fixed an issue that caused the status of some settings to not display correctly when the primary merchant checks “Settings” -> “Invoice Personalization”
- Fixed an issue that caused logo position to not display correctly in Settings -> Invoice Personalization
- Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect amount of fees for BTC and BTC Lightning transfers to appear in the Automatic Transfer History
- Fixed an issue that caused the initialization settings to not change correctly
- Fixed an issue that caused the date filter in Payments and Invoices to not calculate correctly
Termination of customer payment flow
Features
- We have introduced periodic payment recalculations for more accurate pricing at the time of purchase, increasing protection for both merchants and customers from potential price fluctuations.
- Overpayment support: Now, if the end customer sends more than expected, they will be shown a message informing them of the overpaid amount
- Support for underpayments: Now, if the end customer sends a smaller amount than expected, they will be shown a message informing them of the missing amount and allowing them to create another invoice with the difference to allow them to pay the missing amount
Improvements
- If a merchant updates the billing logo through Invoice Customization, we will display a small “Powered by Bitfinex Pay” logo at the bottom of the invoice.
- The Receipt Back button now redirects back to the completed invoice screen instead of redirecting back to the merchant
repairs
- Fixed an issue that caused the invoice expiration countdown to be affected by the detail color in Settings -> Invoice Personalization
- Fixed a design issue that caused some items to move outside of the invoice container when the Merchant Name or Order ID was too long
- Increased size of Bitcoin Lightning and USDt (ETH) QR codes to make them easier to read
- Fixed an issue that allowed end customers to pay using payment options that were disabled via Settings in Merchant Dashboard -> Invoice Customization
