The 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards are currently underway, and the red carpet has welcomed celebrities left, right and centre. Variety and Entertainment Tonight have teamed up to host the pre-show and red carpet for this year's annual awards show.
Many celebrities made their way to the red carpet, including nominees, presenters and stars, and one of the celebrities who made an appearance was Margot Robbie. The actress was nominated for Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy and appeared dressed as if she had just stepped out of the world of Barbie.
Fans took to social media to react to Margot's Superstar Barbie outfit and pointed out that she looks amazing. One person, @addictionmargot, wrote on X (formerly Twitter):
“Margot Robbie has some mercy.”

While fans were ecstatic over many of the costumes, the one outfit that stole the show was Margot Robbie's Superstar Barbie. The actress, who was nominated for her role in Warner Brother's highest-grossing film, wore a distinctive outfit that matched the film.
Ruby appeared in a 1977 Superstar Barbie dress designed by Armani. During her red carpet appearance, she spoke about the film's success and noted that it was “more about what that number represents.”
“When we would go into the theater on opening weekend and see this sea of people wearing pink or dressed like Ken, it was a wild feeling and I haven't seen that kind of communal experience since I was a kid.”
The actress also spoke about Lady Gaga's upcoming role as Harley Quinn Joker: Folie A Deux She noted that she had not had enough time to contact the singer about the role yet. Margot noted that she thought Lady Gaga would “crush” her and be “amazing.”
“I haven't actually talked to her about it. I almost don't want to know so I can keep it as a surprise when I watch the movie.”
