WWE uploaded a video of Tyler Bate after the match, with the former NXT UK Champion confirming that he will be a permanent member of Friday Night SmackDown from now on.

Bate's official profile on WWE.com has now been updated to list him as a SmackDown Superstar as well. We'll have to wait and see how Tyler Bate is booked, now that he's officially a major star on the roster.
