While no one realistically expects that the release of these names on the “Epstein List” will spark a wave of prosecutions, there is one person repeatedly mentioned in the documents who is more concerned than most: Sarah Killeen, Epstein’s former aide.
Killeen was mentioned in victim affidavits detailing their encounters with Epstein. She was said to have helped schedule “massage sessions,” which his victims said were a euphemism for sexual favors.
In the 1990s, when Epstein was tried in Florida, he received from US Attorney Acosta what became known throughout the ages as the “sweetheart deal.”
Sarah Killeen was covered at that point by the “non-prosecution agreement,” but so were Epstein and Maxwell, and they benefited greatly from that, right?
Sarah Killeen's involvement in Epstein's human trafficking ring is a perfect example of the “dark satanic factories that make hell on Earth” – a heinous system that turns victims into perpetrators in a self-perpetuating cycle.
This raises the question: Once teens start calling out other underage girls as victims, where do they go from mostly victims to mostly perpetrators?
This is an answer that has yet to be given.
Maxwell's recently revealed testimony in the 2015 defamation lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre revealed how attorneys were looking for anyone else involved in the sex trafficking ring.
“For example, asking about her assistant Sarah Killeen – who the victims alleged helped recruit and manage the girls: But Maxwell testified:
“I have no idea what Sarah Killeen did.”
Lawyer: “Didn't Sarah watch Kellen with girls under 18 at Jeffrey's house?”
The lawyer objects and Maxwell replies:
“The answer is no, I have no idea.”
CBS News reported in 2019:
“Kaylin, who is one of four women named in [Florida] Under the prosecution agreement, he would allegedly receive girls arriving at the mansion and escort them to a room with a massage table where Epstein would wait for him, wearing only a towel. A 2008 Florida lawsuit accused Keelin of not only scheduling meetings between Epstein and an underage girl, but of taking nude photos of her.
She recently claimed that she was also a victim of Epstein. CBS News:
“Kellen made these appointments at the direction of Epstein and Maxwell, and she herself was sexually” and “mentally” abused by Epstein “for years,” Killeen’s spokesperson said in a 2020 statement to CBS News. The statement noted that Kellen “deeply regrets that she had any role in this matter.”
She was mentioned in unsealed documents in connection with attorney Alan Dershowitz.
Forbes:
Dershowitz, who described Epstein as a close friend, flew on Jeffrey Epstein's private plane 15 times from 1996 through 2006, a period during which Jeffrey was actively abusing a number of minor children. Dershowitz flew twice with Sarah Killeen, who was The defendant's right hand in recruiting these underage girls.
Her testimony in 2010 in a different suit by an unnamed plaintiff showing the name of magician David Copperfield.

“In the deposition, plaintiff’s counsel asked whether Kaylin knew Copperfield, about the relationship between Epstein and Copperfield, and whether she recalled a dinner at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion that Copperfield attended.
[…] “Did you know that when David Copperfield is in town, he gives Jeffrey Epstein tickets and Jeffrey gives some to young women to those shows?” The lawyer asked. “And did you know that these girls are invited backstage after the show?”
While Killeen continued to invoke the Fifth Amendment, This line of questioning could point to more possible links between Copperfield and Epstein.
Other victims had a lot to say about her. VN Explorer:
She has been dubbed Epstein's “lieutenant” over allegations of recruiting and booking girls for “massage sessions.” During Maxwell's trial, Killeen's name came up almost as often as the defendant's.
Caroline Andriano claimed that during the first year or two after she met Maxwell at the age of 14, the latter contacted her to schedule massages for Epstein. And then, it was Ms. Killeen who called her.
“It was Ghislaine and Sarah Killeen who showed me how to please Jeffrey,” Sarah Ransom, another victim, told the New York Times.
The testimony of Reynaldo Rizzo – billionaire Dobbins' butler – indicates that Killeen was the person who took the passport from the crying “kidnapped” Swedish girl who refused to have sex with Epstein.
Rizzo testified about an episode in which Ghislaine Maxwell and Sarah Killeen threatened a terrified 15-year-old girl and confiscated her passport, in order to force her to have sex with Jeffrey Epstein on a “pedophile island.”
At one point, Eva, who is also Swedish by birth, speaks to her in her native language, and asks her to sit on a chair in the kitchen, away from the group. That's when Rizzo talked to her.
“s. How old was this girl?
Rizzo: 15 years.
- what did she say?
RIZZO: She proceeded to tell me and my wife that, and this is not – this is frankly, not a conversation like I would have a normal conversation, this quickly: “I was on an island, I was on the island and 'There was Ghislaine, and there was Sarah, she said they asked me to practice.' Sex, I said no…
She said no, and said, “Jeslyn took my passport.” So I said what and she said Sarah took her passport and phone and gave them to Ghislaine Maxwell. At that moment, she said she was threatened.
So I said threatened? She says “Yes, Ghislaine threatened me not to discuss this matter”…
She said that before she arrived [at the Dubins house]she was threatened again by Jeffrey and Jesslyn not to talk about what she mentioned earlier, about – again, the word she used was sex.
In a rather shocking development, Killeen has been “officially” identified as one of his victims.
Inside Edition:
“She was allowed to seek damages through the Victim Compensation Programme, despite an affidavit filed by police in Palm Beach in 2007 that alleged that they “coordinated and assisted in recruiting minors to frequent Epstein's residence so that sexual services would be provided to Epstein, and said minors were to return to work for Epstein.” Their appointments for the purpose of sexual activity and lascivious acts, and the arrangement of the bedroom for the aforementioned minors.”
Meanwhile, she is said to have a trove of evidence against her former boss and other celebrities as leverage.
The New York Post reported:
“Kelyn has reportedly kept her cards close to her chest for the past few years in anticipation of such a revelation that could identify her as a key accomplice in the deviant operation.
“She had a front-row seat to debauchery.” “What she knows will shock the world,” a source close to Kaylin and her husband, former Nascar driver Brian Vickers, told the Messenger. “She has a lot to say to defend her case.”
Starting in the 2000s, Killeen worked for Epstein for several years. She was dubbed a “knowing participant” in his trafficking of underage girls.
An insider told the press that Kellen and her ex-NASCAR driver husband, Brian Vickers, have enjoyed the basics of anonymity, privacy and freedom for many years.
“The source said that Killeen — who has previously claimed she was regularly sexually assaulted by Epstein — could write a book detailing what she knows about her boss and Maxwell, but has remained quiet in order to keep the information as a “get out of jail free card.”
“It is more important for her to keep the information if she needs it to remain free,” the source said.
