The Department of Justice recommended only six months in prison for insurrection leader Ray Epps for his actions on January 6, 2021.
Ray Epps is one of a few mysterious agents who directed Trump supporters to the US Capitol that day.
The Department of Justice gave Ray Epps a plea deal because he cooperated with the FBI!
BREAKING: Justice Department recommends just six months in prison for Ray Epps, the only J6 defendant caught on camera telling people to go to the Capitol.
They say they offered him a plea deal because he cooperated with the FBI, tried to “escalate the conflict” and was… pic.twitter.com/K96Hz8E7v

On January 11, 2022, Rep. Adam Kinzinger then defended possible FBI agent Ray Epps. Kinzinger claimed that Ray Epps, the only person caught on video directing Trump supporters to storm the US Capitol, did nothing wrong.
4) He did not enter the Capitol on January 6, and was removed from the most wanted list because he apparently did not break any laws. I'm sure the FBI wouldn't be stupid enough to put their own agent on their most wanted list. Ray Epps cooperated with the January 6 Committee and we thank him
– Adam Kinzinger #fella (@AdamKinzinger) January 11, 2022
In his testimony before the Levantine January 6 Committee on January 21, 2022, Ray Epps insisted that “I'm not breaking the law” And “It's not in my DNA.”

But is this the truth? Was Ray Epps truthful in his sworn testimony before the January 6 Commission? Did Ray Epps, a potential federal employee, commit any crimes on January 5th and 6th, 2021?
We have evidence that he did.

Ray Epps is a free man tonight.
Patty McMurray 100 Percent Up discovered this video months ago.
In this damning video, Ray Epps was filmed holding up a huge Trump sign along with several other Trump supporters. Epps was likely leading the effort when he led the crowd as they breached not only the first set of barricades leading to the US Capitol but also the second set of barricades leading to the US Capitol that day. (another crime)
In the video you can see Ray Epps near the corner of the sign.
Protesters walk to where police stand outside the US Capitol.
Ray Epps is with them all the time. After the banner was released, Ray Epps appeared and was seen standing and directing the crowd.
This was captured on video. This clip was discovered by Patti McMurray.
In January, Critic Gate Posted an additional video Ray Epps throws the sign at the police.
please note: No police officers were injured during the incident.

Today, many men are in prison because they touched the banner that passed over their heads that Ray Epps was throwing at the police.
As Kelly Wilde reported earlier – anyone who touched the sign – a “massive battering ram,” according to prosecutors – would be denied bail and subject to lengthy prison sentences – except for Ray Epps:

These men are spending years in prison for touching the sign, more than 16 years combined.
Average sentence for these guys around 3 years in prison – He touched the sign that Ray Epps threw at the police.
This is absolute tyranny. Our government openly attacks its citizens.
Although many were trying to avoid getting hit themselves, Epps is clearly pushing the sign with extreme force He knocks McHugh's mother to the ground.
Ray Epps will get no more than 6 months for helping the FBI.

On January 6, Ray Epps lied and told Jeremy Rodgers and his friends that Trump was speaking at the US Capitol — and now Jeremy, a young father, is threatened with years in prison and his children are traumatized.
Investigative reporter Lara Logan released the final episode of her breakthrough series “Fed-Surrection Part 3” on January 6, Riot and Ray Epps.
Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit was featured prominently in this final episode.
Lara Logan went on to ask the question: Why was Ray Epps treated like a victim by the same people who condemned almost everyone around him as a threat?
Lara answers some lingering questions about the “election-denying Donald Trump supporter” who the media and government don't seem to hate.
He watches:
When Ray Epps urged people to trespass inside the Capitol, he knew it was a crime because he had an outstanding bench warrant for criminal trespassing in Pennsylvania since 2015.
He wasn't the only one removed from the FBI's list of suspects – so what really happened at J6? pic.twitter.com/oIbaklzqh5
