Justin Long suggested there's family in the future for him and wife Kate Bosworth in an emotional birthday tribute.
“One day, our kids might ask me, ‘Dad, why did you write happy things about your mom on the old Instagram app?’ The one you won’t let us use,” he wrote via Instagram on Tuesday to celebrate Bosworth’s 41st birthday.
The “Jeepers Creepers” star went on to explain to her virtual children, “There's a lot of toxic things on the internet but your mom always inspires me to put good things out into the world.”
“I've been very fortunate to experience many joyful and wondrous things in this life — things for which I will never be able to properly express my gratitude — but of all those joys, touching your mother and making her smile is my favorite,” the actor continued.
Elsewhere in the lengthy post, Long, 45, recalled his wedding to Bosworth, writing that she was “overwhelmed by a boy when [she] He initially called him “husband” and made him feel luckier than he had ever felt before.

Page Six broke the news in December 2021 that Bosworth and Long were dating.
Rumors began circulating about their engagement in March 2023 after the “Blue Crush” actress was spotted wearing a ring at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.
The couple later confirmed on the actor's podcast, Life is Short with Justin Long, that the proposal “went forward” in December 2022, just days after they attended therapy together.
“[The therapist] “He gave us really great advice which was: ‘Make sure you're constantly asking the other what they need, or asking the other what they need,'” Bosworth recalls.
“He really looked at me and said, ‘To spend my life with you,’ and I smiled and said, ‘Well, yeah, you have that.’ Oh my God, you have that, and he said, ‘No, I mean I really want to spend my life with you.
The two secretly said “I do” at The Rockaway Hotel in Queens, New York.
“It was a very low-key ceremony. Onlookers thought it was an engagement photo shoot of some sort — not an actual wedding,” a source told Page Six of the wedding.
