The latest weather forecast for Northeast Wisconsin from Storm Team 5…
It's been a cloudy but calm start to this new year! The system that brought us snow showers yesterday has moved to the northeast, but on the back side, we'll still see cloud cover today. However, we were calm thanks to high pressure to our southwest.
We'll stay calm all tonight with some clouds, then cloud cover will return again tomorrow.
Some peeks of sunshine are possible, but most of it is cloudy and dry. An isolated passing wave is possible during the afternoon.
It was also a much cooler start to this new year! After a December in which highs were above average on most days, today was definitely cooler. Warm air fans – don't worry! A stronger southwesterly breeze tonight will bring in warmer air for tomorrow. We're topping out at about 37 degrees.
