The Kansas City, Missouri, police department has identified the 52-year-old pedestrian who died Wednesday night in an accident that also killed an officer and his K-9 partner, and the announcement comes a day after funeral plans were arranged for Officer James Mulbauer and his K-9 partner. The Kansas City Police Fraternal Organization has created a fund to support Officer Muhlbauer’s family.
